Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 are said to sport an improved IP rating for both dust and water resistance. This represents an upgrade from the IPX8 rating of the current Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4. The IPX8 rating meant that the current foldables didn't have any dust resistance.
